Settlement between Aqa ‘Ali, son of Mashhadi Muhammad Husayn, and Mirza Muhammad Baqir, son of Mulla ‘Abd al-Javad from Khurasan, exchanging five-sixths of the Budjan Farm in Lower Simirum of Isfahan, inherited from Hajiyah, known as Baqir's wife, for five hundred tumans.

Settlement between Karbalayi Hasan and Barat ‘Ali, sons of the late Aqa ‘Ali and residents of Marbanan village, and Mulla Muhammad Muhsin, son of Mulla Muhammad Sadiq Fari, exchanging a quarter of a house located in Nayistan village for twenty-six tumans. Explanation: Mulla Baqir's wealth had been transferred to Barat ‘Ali, while the late Baygum Khanum's had been transferred to both Barat ‘Ali and Karbalayi Hasan. They both sold their shares before this settlement took place.

Marriage and divorce contracts of Baygum Khanum, daughter of the late Aqa Taqi, and Murad ‘Ali, son of the late Kazim. The mahr includes one tuman and five thousand dinars, one-and-a-half misqals of golden jewelery, copperware, European chintz clothes, a set of bedding made in Qumshah, kilim and a felt rug, and one-sixth of the groom's residential building located in the Ustad Qasim the Carpenter neighborhood of Asfarjan village. Settlement between Ya‘qub Bayg, Turab Bayg, ‘Ali Khan, and ‘Ali Naqi, sons of the late Haj Yusuf and residents of Kamarbunah village, and Sasan Mirza Bahaʼ al-Dawlah on his own behalf and with power of attorney transferred from Bibi Mah, Chaqqah Mah, Khanum Kuchak, Khanum Bibi, and Gul Bibi, exchanging more than half of a property located in Kamarbunah village and all its belongings for two hundred and sixty six tumans.

Settlement between Baygum Jan, wife of Sayyid Javad, and Baygum, wife of Sayyid ‘Ali and daughter of Haj ‘Abd al-Vahhab, and Sayyid Abu al-Qasim, son of Mir Zayn al-‘Abidin Fazuh-ji of Isfahan, exchanging a garden known as Rasti Garden located in the Jurtan Marbin village of Isfahan, twenty-five tumans for the price of the house of Sayyid ‘Ali's wife, and forty-five tumans from another settlement between Sayyid Javad and his wife for two thousand rupees and one hundred units of wheat. The garden was Haj ‘Abd al-Vahhab's and had been transferred to his son and his daughter after his death....

Settlement between Mah Sultan Baygum and Haj Mirza Ibrahim Sarraf, 1880
Settlement of Mah Sultan Baygum, wife of Mashhadi Lutfʻali, one of the sons of the late Ustad Mirza [illegible] and the late Khadijah Baygum daughter of Mirza Sayyid ʻAli Shirazi, with Haj Mirza Ibrahim Sarraf, son of Mirza Javad Mubashir, over one house in the Ishaq Bayk neighborhood and half of another house for fifteen tumans. Haj Mirza Ibrahim Sarraf settled the mentioned half of a house with his sister, Fakhri Jan Baygum, on November 8, 1880 for fifteen tumans.

Aqa Mirza Muhammad Husayn, son of the late Haji Muhammad Ibrahim from Varnusfadiran of Isfahan, exchanges some properties in Varnusfadiran as well as some share of water for one hundred and sixty five tumans, with two kharvars [unit of weight] wheat, one hundred dinars, and one sir [unit of weight] of Isfahan's crystal candy for the detriment clause.
